Going to the World Cup is exciting that's for sure. Being in a country that has made it all the way to the finals and places 2nd and watching them celebrate is even more spectacular. What are the odds of THAT happening? Well The Hogz had that experience first hand. To watch Croatians go wild as they bring home the silver medal. Streets an stages filled with shouting and prideful fans. The harbor lit up like Christmas. Croatians have so much love for their team which is unmatched by any sport in the U.S. This love is nationwide. This priceless experience is by far one of the most memorable. This is what it’s like to be in Europe when a World Cup team returns home.
Prior to getting to the usual coffee shop on the team homecoming day, the Hogz were pinned to a wall on their electric bike and scooter. One Hog finally made it out of the crowd and 2 Croatian guys were laughing and cheering her on. They said you’re a rookie but you did good and gave a pat on the shoulder. I guess the relieved look on her face said it all 😂. The Hogz had gotten separated in the mob and rejoined later after making it to Gourmet Basta Coffee Bar (The Hogz's Starbucks replica). Unknowingly, the bar was front and center where the soccer team docked so they were able to catch a glimpse of a few of the players. 🤙🏽🤙🏽🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷
